Residue oil cyclonic filtration system

In the residue oil cyclonic filtration system, the material goes downward with spiral movement via the cyclone, with the action of inertia centrifugal force, coke particles are thrown to the outer wall, with the down swirling flow to the bottom of the cone outlet, because the specific gravity of coke particles is greater than quench oil, the coke particles are drawn to the outer edge of the cyclone. The filtered quenching oil is at the center of the cyclone, which is inducted from the central tube of the cyclone and into the filter via the cyclone outlet. After filtration by the Johnson Screen(with many precision options), the cleaned quench oil flows back to the quench tower via the filter outlet. Coke particles adhering to Johnson Screen become filter cake. When filter cake reached a certain thickness, it will generate a pressure drop and reduce the flow rate, as the concentration of coke in sticky quenching oil particles entering the filter is very high, the automatic filter cake removal without shutdown is very essential. In our design, when the pressure drop reaches 0.05 MPa, the process for filter cake removal will be started automatically, or the continuous cake removal could be set normally open. Spotlesser

SPOTLESSER is specially designed for cleaning granular materials, with multi-stage separation and cleaning unit, the purification stage up to 19 phases , for the characteristics of the sticky dust, through airflow, wave, magnetic and other means to eliminate the attraction force between dust and granular (force like electrostatic force etc.), and for streamers that are difficult to deal with, multiple interception is realized through the ingenious design of space, so that the Spotlesser has 4-6 treatment measures at any point, which can purify the granule material repeatedly in a comprehensive three-dimensional way, effectively removing the dust, debris, fluff, streamer and other impurities in the granule material, the final dust removal rate: <30 ppm, streamer removal rate: >99.9%.

On-line automatic backflushing filter

Automatic backflushing filter mainly consists of high quality carbon steel or stainless steel vessel, stainless steel wedge wire mesh with special structure, water flow guide valve, differential pressure controller, control box and sewage discharge device, etc. It is suitable for the filtration and separation of liquid containing small particle solids. The filter has the advantages of simple operation and high level of automation. The filter elements could be cleaned online with long service life. The filter is composed of several groups of filter cartridges, differential pressure transmitter, Johnson Screen, under normal operation condition, the process media enter from the bottom into the cartridge, the media after filtration exit from the top of the cartridge. When the differential pressure between the inlet and outlet of the manifold reaches a preset value, the regeneration backwashing cycle is triggered. The differential pressure transmitter send out a signal, enabling the programmable controller output a signal to each valve. The filter is automatically cut off. The filter is flushed by the liquid filtrates in the opposite direction, and the filter element after backflushing then enters the normal operation condition. Filter elements will be cleaned in the same manner one group after another.

Gas Liquid Separator System

Gas Liquid Separator can separate impurities with high precision, coalesce and recover the separated materials, mainly used for processing the lubricating oil in the compressed air. The compressed air passes coalescing element in the separator, when the oil substances in gas pass through the layer of the filter element, they are first coalesced into larger oil droplets, which gradually fall to the bottom of the vessel under gravity, and the purified gas is discharged from the upper outlet. The effect of separator is good, the oil concentration could be reduced down to 5 ppm, it is a gas filter with ultra-high efficiency. Liquid (oil, water)separation from gas (mist eliminator) – it is used for removing liquid substances in gas, common application including power, hydrogen deoiling and dehydration in petrochemical industry, deoiling and dehydration for compressor, natural gas dehydration etc recovery treatment, the purity could reach up to 2 ppm after processing. This types coalescing filter is designed and manufactured according to the principles of collision, swirling, coalescence and sedimentation.
